Order Issues

Please remember that our products are handmade and 100% natural, which means slight variations from batch to batch are normal. These differences — such as color variation, texture inconsistencies, or small imperfections — do not affect the quality or performance of the product.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. We will gladly replace any damaged products or issue a refund when applicable. To assist us in resolving the matter quickly, please include a photo of the damaged item and your order number when contacting us.
